Dream Riders of Kentucky Inc. was founded in 2003 as a non-profit 501C3 organization.
DRK provides those with physical, cognitive, social and/or emotional needs an opportunity to experience the joy, bonding and therapeutic value of horses.
In 2014, DRK moved to its permanent, purpose-built home in Philpot, Kentucky, serving the Daviess County and surrounding area.
DRK is situated on 17 beautiful acres, including stables, pastures, wooded trails, an accessible climate controlled classroom, mounting ramps, indoor and outdoor arenas.
Dream Riders provides therapeutic benefits through equine assisted activities for individuals and family members with visible and non-visible needs.
Equine assisted activities are taught by PATH Intl Certified Instructors and assisted by trained volunteers who make the experience safe, therapeutic and fun!
DRK is a PATH Intl. member center currently developing our EAAT best practices, policies and procedures to become a premier accredited center.
